This redesign of Spotify was done in the style of brutalism. A grid of four squares was set up horizontally and extended downwards. All the buttons fit into this grid, always the size of one square. It is a strict concept, but it provides a lot of flexibility to create an attracting final product. The placement of the buttons, texts, and images is mostly the same as in the original. And the brand colors remain unchanged.
